"Wonder 2 bedroom flat. Exceptional location 1 minute walk to beach, small sandwich shop and full restaurant. Short 8 minute stroll to town with loads of restaurants, a larger supermarket and boat marina. Did not need a car for us. Views spectacular from balcony. 2 full bathrooms a plus. Aircon most welcomed! Owner included array of condiments, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, beach umbrella and lounge chairs on balcony. Excellent communication before and during holiday. Provided local advice. Beds comfortable and washing machine allowed us to freshen the towels during our 10 days. I have no negative comments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for a couple. We hope to return."

"The property was close to all the sites of Santa Maria di leuca. Mario the host made are stay perfect by giving us an excellent overview of the property and town. His information allowed us to make the most of our short stay. The breakfast was of local cuisine."

"Roberto, is the owner and he is extremely nice. The place is extremely clean and like pictures for the most part. They let me have a few minutes extra for checkout since I’m still trying to adjust to time change … he was extremely helpful in figuring out where to go in town. Except for the restaurants that he recommended for me. I gave amenities a 4 star because bathroom was across the hall and if the place was busy, There would be somebody in the same hall as me and my bathroom is wide open. Even though they have private bathroom and smaller room. It was still just uncomfortable if it was busy season and you’re used to your privacy, especially for the bathroom. I went in down season. I will never do that again in that region. I was extremely hungry the whole time. All the restaurant owners in that area denied service to me because I’m American I swear. The restaurant owners in the area are extremely rude. Besides that one café something with an M definitely go see that. Only place that would actually serve me as an American. I was extremely disappointed that I couldn’t have pasta. It was my first full day and I was looking forward to having a nice Italian meal. Unfortunately, I was met with rude restaurant owners that told me they closed at 1900 and it was 1700 hour. Make it make sense I know. The other restaurant that he recommended to me that was open said that there’s chef was not in. Again, I felt like it was because I was American and spoke English and they didn’t"
