"The villa met our expectations and was clean, however found the villa too far out of main town for supermarkets and shop. Had to rely on tourist transportation to take us back. Poor check in. Had to call agent as no communications was received. Received email from concierge but no communications. Agent was waiting on our arrival but the check in was rushed as she had others to attend therefore all was not explained in details. We had asked for 3 x twin rooms as single ladies. ended up sharing 2 DB. Was not informed of having no cleaning products available. no soap in bathrooms, dishwashing tablets and 1 tea towel provided. No toilet paper. Had drainage problem in 1 bathroom and was told the plumber would arrive next day which did not happen. Elevator broke down and was also informed that technician would arrive but again failed to have it fixed for the final 4 days we were there. had to carry luggage down the outside stairs. Although the villa was beautiful and the pool area adequate the things that we experienced put a negative feel about renting the villa which was not cheap. We feel we did not value for our money"

"Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast. There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us."

"Description was luxury villa. It was not. Pool was nice but wrong time of year for us to use. Very little furniture inside. One sofa in main room. No comfortable chairs. All IKEA slightly cheap furnishings. Mattresses were old on one bed. Our stay was for 2 weeks - were looking forward to cooking. No knives that could cut through anything. No hot water in the outdoor house for first 6 days. Towels with holes given to us. Was not a homely feel at all. Wouldn't take much to make it a whole lot better. "
