I stayed here for 12 days and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was great. Whenever I had an issue, it was handled very quickly. The room was comfortable and the hotel was overall clean and pleasant. I would definitely consider staying here again.

At first the location seemed pretty quite distant from the ‘Old City’, however you couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel is within a five minute walk to the U-Bahn (6th train) which can get you to key areas of the city very quickly (Not even 10 minutes to the Marinplatz). Hotel is centrally located to most everything in downtown Munich. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The only complaint is that some rooms will require one to lift suitcases up steps. Will stay here again.
