The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Nicholas at the front desk, such a star. We would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in Berlin and would stay there again when we return. "

"Very good hotel for our needs. Helpful friendly staff, comfortable beds with plenty of storage and amenities. A couple of rough edges here and there and more tea options would have been welcome but aside from that, very good and can’t complain. Great location too and would recommend. "

"Really enjoyed our two nights at RIU Plaza Berlin. Very nice clean room with everything we needed. Friendly helpful staff. Nice bar for a couple of beers after getting back late in the evening. Nice easy access to Wittenbergplatz U Bahn."
