"We were just there for a one night stay but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Roomy quiet accommodations. Very good restaurant just a few blocks walk."

"We booked here for 4 nights, We had a lovely warm welcome. My room was clean and spacious. The room had AC, fridge, Safe, iron & ironing board, kettle with coffee, tea and free bottled water. We did have a small issue but the staff went out their way to fix this and this is why i would stay here again knowing they care about the guests. The hotel is near public transport, shops and the LGBT scene. There is a onsite shop selling limited items but there are shops near by. If you require your room to be made up you need to book it or speak to the staff, I had no issues with this has if i needed more towels i just asked and was given them and i got to have a sleep in with out being woken by house keeping. The hotel is card only which surprised us, I would ask that the hotel maybe consider allowing customers the choice to use cash? We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel. 5 stars all around."

"So many good things to recommend about this hip hotel. Problems, however, to note: A/C struggles to keep up with serious summer heat. Plan accordingly. Free coffee service was down for four of my six days there. Bubbly water was down for three days. Noise from the street is only a problem when sirens blare. Now the good: all new, clean, functional. Room/bath have all you need. Windows open in case you need some fresh air. Curtains are blackout, very useful. Beds comfortable and new. Staff was exceptional, kind, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. Location is perfect: ten minutes walk from Hbf. Good coffee shops nearby, good restaurants nearby. Recommended."

"Ended up staying there because of an event next doors.. would t go again The property has no soul unfortunately.. only the bell boy and also the checkin staff was nice but the rules and limitations for the bar staff are very annoying. It could be a great place if management was more customer service oriented. „Can't do“ is much more their motto than „yes we can“"
