"My flight landed pretty early before the check-in time. I reached the hostel and requested to get a bed early so that I can rest. The staff was so kind that looking at my state that they tried their best to get me a bed asap, when all the beds were booked. It was my birthday and they even gave me a drink voucher and took care of me. They were so hospitable and friendly. The rooms were super spacious and clean too. "I'm not usually the one to write a bad review but our experience was just very bad here. There is no reception and that's why we called ahead of time ensure we came to the right place, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. We followed the advise and directions from Expedia and ended up in the vicinity. We called the number yet again and no one answered. Mind you it was raining and we were waiting outside walking around trying to figure out where the building is for two hours... the guy...
