"Great location near Alexanderplatz. Great shopping and convenient to find restaurants. Wonderful welcome from reception when checking in. Breakfast was great. Lack luster when it came to cleaning the rooms. My husband had to ask several times to have room cleaned after 3rd night. When we came back to our room it was not cleaned. Finally when they came around. The employee was disgruntled, he opened the door w/o knocking. Just came in with his equipment and got to work in the bathroom . He only announced himself after he heard us behind the wall. We left the room. After the rushed attempt, the hand soap was not filled. Ok, so we used shower gel. No biggie. But it left a sour note about the place."

"The Grand Hyatt Berlin is a good hotel with an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city's main attractions, shopping, and restaurants. That said, I expected a more refined experience from a five-star hotel. While the property is comfortable and well maintained, the overall atmosphere and level of service did not consistently meet the standards I associate with a luxury hotel. The service was polite, but it lacked the attention to detail and personalized care that truly distinguish a five-star experience. Overall, it's a solid choice if location is your top priority, but if you're looking for exceptional luxury and outstanding service, there are other hotels in Berlin that offer a more memorable five-star experience."

"Our stay at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin was simply outstanding and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and impeccable service. Every member of the staff made us feel valued and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel is absolutely magnificent. The elegance of the building, the beautifully appointed rooms, the exceptional cleanliness, and the attention to every detail create a truly luxurious experience. The location, directly beside the Brandenburg Gate, could not be more perfect for exploring Berlin. What impressed us the most was the consistency of the service. Every interaction reflected the highest standards of hospitality. The staff anticipated our needs with kindness and efficiency, making us feel at home while enjoying world-class luxury. This was, without a doubt, one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend Hotel Adlon Kempinski to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Berlin.
