Everything was great, except not functioning or super slow internet connection in room.

Great hotel would definitely come again

Great stay, Very close to public transport. Enjoyed the breakfast selection every morning. Staff were very helpful.

A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte. Value, style, and practicality make this hotel a new favorite for me.

Beautiful large room . Spacious balcony overlooking quiet neighborhood street . Easy access to elevator

We stayed at Hotel am Steinplatz for a week. The Hotel is great, great location, Great Breakfast, restaurant and Bar. The staff are very helpful and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Hotel itself has a great story and it's where most of the famous German actors were staying and had their parties. The Hotel has been renovated since then but it has kept it's old charm and it can take you easily to those glamorous days while staying there. There are many...

From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt special. The staff are amazing and the hotel is Elegant. When we got to our room there was a handwritten note greeting us in German and I had only booked the hotel a few hours prior. The interior of the room was gorgeous and very modern. But had a wonderful view of the street at the front of the hotel. It's in a really nice location of Berlin. We didn't want to be in all of the craziness but it's a easy walking distance to everything we wanted...

Great

I had a terrible experience at the Dude Hotel in Berlin (so terrible that I moved and ended up paying an extra night that I didn't stay there) and Schlosshotel was amazing. I checked in around midnight and they gave me a tour of the hotel, a welcome glass of rose champagne, and showed me a few rooms to choose from. Housekeeping is also great - I had checked in in a rush and went to work the next day, but when I came back, my coats were hung up neatly in the closet and my toiletries organized in...

Great staff, clean property. Very accommodating for late check out. Rooms are huge! VIP upgrade was phenomenal! I would definitely stay here again during my next trip in Berlin.

Very appropriate location for longer term. Does take a while to get around via U bahn because its further out. But only five minutes. Nice room size and very user friendly. A/C is excellent. Low noise but NO blackout curtains. Breakfast is less than useful. Plan to do your own. There is a supermarket 199 feet away with really good options.

Spectacular!!!

They allowed to check in early, they’re very nice just sink was overflowing
