Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"We had a great time in Angie and Philipp’s property. It was by far the best place we stayed in our Europe trip. Angie met us on arrival and showed us the place. "Only 20-30 from Salzburg by train, this apartment is clean, comfortable, and convenient. Everything was communicated well The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Ainring is a quiet town with a few coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The local train service both to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden were always on time We had a fabulous week We highly recommend the Hahnei-Huaba restaurant that is a 20 min walk from the apartment."

"Fascinating historic building and street and great location for walking to the old city, Mirabelle Palace, restaurants, and nature trails. We loved the view of the fortress from the rooftop terrace. Note that there are shared washing machines but no dryer. There is a large drying rack. We loved the touches of stone peeking out throughout the building. Quiet street given how handy it is to everything. "
