"This hotel is getting a little tired. We couldn’t use our balcony or the outside lounge because of bird crap on the chairs. It is in the landing pattern for Scottsdale Air Park so there is constant air traffic overhead. I don’t know why there were so many people flying in to Scottsdale at 5:00 am! The staff was super nice and accommodating. It is very clean and smells amazing, I was just a little disappointed that it wasn’t a little nicer for the area it is in. "

"This is a fine hotel, although the rooms are nothing special beyond a standard 3 start hotel; the reason for 4 stars is the great location in Old Town, and very friendly staff. Nice lobby and bar/Starbucks as well. One warning is that if you use the underground parking, the exit is curved and quite tight, and navigating a larger vehicle such as an SUV was more difficult than it should be."
