"There were three of us - myself, my granddaughter and her partner, along with my little Havanese pup. The house is spacious - we didn't even use the upstairs at all. The kitchen was stocked with necessities like salt/pepper/sugar, various herbs. We enjoyed the hot tub every day and loved seeing a doe and her fawn walk by in the evenings. We watched many birds in the tall trees and felt renewed after our two-night stay. We would definitely rent the house again."
"Second time visiting. Great location. Rooms are small but designed so they feel bigger with ample space for a single, like me. I really liked the “grab and go” breakfast. Jade, the manager, is terrific!"
"A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking."

"My sister and I had a couple of days of much-needed rest and relaxation at the Whale Watch Inn. Everything inside our studio room was beautifully clean and in good repair. Outdoors, the property is not formally landscaped and groomed, which produces a friendly, casual atmosphere. The ocean view is delightful! I would definitely return."

"This was my second stay at this home. The very first time that I visited Sea Ranch was at this home. The incredible location and breathtaking views made me fall in love with the area. You truly can’t beat the views—absolutely perfect!The views are stunning from every angle.You can relax in the spa while still enjoying those amazing views. We were unable to get the Jets working for the spa, but the temperature was just right and still made for a great experience.Yes, the house is a bit dated, but that’s not why I come here. The real reason is the views of the ocean, being close to the ocean hearing the ocean and extremely easy access to the incredible trails that Sea Ranch has to offer. All of which this home has!A quick heads-up: make sure not to leave food out—we left a sealed box of donuts on the counter and ants found their way in. But honestly, that’s just part of nature.Can’t wait to come back!"
