The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. "Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. "The combined house was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very nice and so was his dog. The accommodation needed some maintenance though. The sink was a bit clogged up, nothing was really clean and some of the appliances needed to be renewed. We chose this accommodation partly because of the child friendliness with a playground and because of the possibility to dine at its restaurant.
