"Overall it is a very nice resort and the free morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about is that two of the pools and jacuzzi were not filled or functional. Make sure you get an air conditioned room otherwise you have no privacy. The walls do not go to the ceiling and everyone in the Resturant can hear you in the room and your bathroom. It could lead to an embarrassing moment."

"The hotel was beautiful & the staff was great! We loved the service with Judy at breakfast. Everyone was so hospitable. We came in the off season so it was very quiet on the property. The property was very clean, just the pool was too dirty to swim in. I was hoping to get a massage however there was not a spa attendant there during the days of my stay, but that did not disturb the experience. If I were to come back to Guatemala I would visit again, and only 13 minutes from Antigua. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious!"
