"We stayed one night before flying out of Costa Rica. This is a new hotel with excellent customer service and a fantastic location. The area felt very safe and was pleasantly quiet. There are several restaurants within walking distance, adding convenience to our stay. The breakfast was good, and the free airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, making our departure stress-free. Overall, a 360-degree great experience — not a single complaint."

He went over and above his duties to ensure we were well taken care of and enjoyed our stay. Needed medical attention during our stay and it was A1. The doctor on call was professional, kind and caring to ensure that I was well enough to return home. Only things that may require improvement is hot water during the shower was rare in our unit and the main floor walkway at night can be very dark--maybe motion lights. Thanks for a nice vacation."

"This property is right on the beach with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool was very nice as well with a swim up bar. The sunsets were amazing! Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay there again. "
