"A great hotel for before/after a flight. Really nice, clean, modern room. Though we had the disabled access room which only had one small window. But the room was spacious and completely fit for purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful - providing a cot for our baby and a kettle so we could make the baby bottles of milk. The pool area was nice, clean and very warm. Pool towels provided on request. The pool was next to the Irish bar that is part of the hotel, which was small & quiet and just acted as a pool bar mostly for residents. It was reasonably priced and served snacks, small meals and drinks. There's also a small children's play area and small gym. We ate in the Italian restaurant for ease, which is part of the hotel. The setting was nice and staff and food were good. Transport to the airport was easy and quick. Good value for money. "

"The condo was fabulous, comfortable beds, beautiful terrace, beautifully decorated, and somewhat well equipped kitchen (no spatula, nor thongs), no free coffee pods, sugar, creamer, provided with room, therefore planning ahead. Would also be useful if hotel could provide a small pool net for each of personnal plunge pool. We were at the condo for 6 nights and our plunge pool was quite dirty (bugs, palm tree flower petals). Given no cleaning service of our plunge pool was offered during our stay, having a small pool cleaning net would have been useful. "

The hotel is ideally located right in the center of town, making it easy to explore Ronda’s charming streets, shops, and historic sites on foot. The famous Puente Nuevo and other must-see landmarks were just a short walk away. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless. One of the highlights was the spa—such a relaxing treat after a day of sightseeing. It was a great way to unwind and added a luxurious touch to our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time at Hotel El Tajo & Spa and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting beautiful Ronda!"
