"El hotel es simple, tiene un desayuno bien pobre, está en la terminal 1, hay que ir en carro porque casi todos los vuelos son de la terminal 2, así que es como salir del aeropuerto, no se puede ir caminando de una terminal a la otra , es lejos. Hay que llamar al teléfono del hotel para que manden el transfer q recogerte, si no tienes numero de Brasil es difícil llamar, no hay opción de WhatsApp o reservar antes. Muchas habitaciones no tienen ventanas."

"The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time."

"Staff were nice. The safe in our room wasn’t operational, so we called maintenance. They were on break and it took over an hour to come. This was time we wanted to be out enjoying vacation. We had to move the first night because air conditioning stopped working. We had been out having fun and arrived at 1:30am. It was not enjoyable having to pack up and move at 2am. Nothing was said or done about the inconvenience."
