The hotel stuff was very friendly and amazing (in special Marcela). Very clean, amazing breakfast and the hotel location is great! You can just walk to beach, restaurants e grocery store. I will definitely come back

I recommend it. Easy walk to most everything.

Good location. Walking distance to a few supermarkets. About 2 minutes walk to a really nice beach. On a bus route. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold and opened at 6:00 until 10:00. Be aware the bottled water in the room is not free. Construction meant there were some disruptions. Also, the slow-close doors need to be adjusted to avoid the disruptive slamming that occurs at late and early hours.

Disappointing Stay Despite Cleanliness & Breakfast

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was actually good, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We had two twin beds with low-quality, uncomfortable mattresses and bedding. The room itself was small, noisy, and poorly designed, with no place to hang towels in either the bathroom or the bedroom. The most frustrating part for me was the lack of basic hospitality. Upon arrival, you’re immediately faced with stairs, and not a single staff member offered help with luggage, yet again during check out. That lack of support really set the tone for the stay. Overall, we were disappointed and would not return.

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The staff was courteous and some even spoke English to get by. Great area to stay at. So close to the beach, restaurants, a vibrant ambience, especially in the mornings and evenings when people exercise or play sports on the beach. I would stay here again.

The internet inside the room never worked!! I need to be close the room’s door. They don’t have amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, the service was slow, so you needed to wait for hot water, or fruit or the eggs!!!

Great location with shops easy to reach as well as the beach. Room was very dated, cracks in the basin, tiles and dirty floor and walls. Two of the reception staff were unfriendly and did not provide any itemised receipt on check out, tried to charge me twice for the booking thankfully I had a receipt to prove I had already paid. Overall not the best experience.

El servicio fue muy execelente, en recepcion hablan español y pues muy atentos y serviciales con el huesped, el desayuno muy bueno, solo que hay que poner una estacion de huevos, las habitaciones muy amplias y modernas con buenisima ducha y cama, tienen buenas tiendas y restaurantes cerca de hotel.

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O pão de queijo estava duro, os ovos mexidos gelados, enfim estava muito aquem do que eu esperava. Eu reservei quarto com cama de casal e que deram com duas camas de solteiro. No box tinham 2 reservatorios de sabonete liquido e nenhum de shampoo. Na geladeira do quarto tinha somente duas garrafas pequenas de agua. Nada mais.
