The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was the star of the show with an amazing Buffett and self serve espresso/ cappuccino. We forgot our tour ticket , the front desk staff immediately e mailed us our tickets right away. We appreciated all the information they provided . Housekeeper did a great job in cleaning our room."
