"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"This was an amazing place to stay! To me it seemed like it was a perfect middle ground to go to the Vatican City and to go see all the ancient Roman stuff at Palatine Hill and around that area. The room was great and had air conditioning too which just added to the benefits of this hotel. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The room was slightly smaller than expected but otherwise we had a great experience. The location was perfect to explore Rome by walking, and the AC and amenities (kitchen, coffee machine, biscuits and croissants) were a great bonus. "Fabulous property. Room has high ceilings, a lovely spacious bathroom and a large comfortable bed. Small private balcony was great for a morning coffee. I would also recommend the area which has an abundance of lovely places to eat."
