"We stayed here on our way to Cooperstown. The hotel looks older with dark wood and emerald green carpet in the rooms. The staff was wonderful at the front desk at check in. It is located right off a street with restaurants and shopping. The hotel needs better lighting in the hallways. It was very quiet at night. They offer breakfast in the morning but, we did not stay to check it out."
"This hotel was perfect stay for exploring Oneonta as well as Cooperstown NY. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if we travel back up to this area."
"This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, it is conviently located to quick restaurants, the park, and downtown. The amenities were nice to use. Overall, I highly reccommend. Washer and dryer on site was a plus."
"The stay was awesome Matt makes you feel like you are at home. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are very nice I would recommend staying here if you want to feel like you are at home. Can't wait to come back."
"It was a tad smaller than expected, it was quite cozy. The bed was a little hard for me to get in and out of because one side was against the slanted wall, my husband on the other side. It was very peaceful, especially on the back deck. Just know that the pond is on the neighbor's property and they will let you know not to come near it. Met the neighbors, were friendly enough but made sure to let me know about the boundaries. Also, no cell service, you have to get connected to Wifi to make calls. But overalled we loved being there and in the middle of the mountains."

"We loved our stay at Abels Acres! It's so beautiful there. The house was amazing and had everything you'd need while staying there. There was plenty of space for everyone both inside and out and the game room was so fun! We saw possums, ground hogs, fire flies, turtles and a beaver. Highly recommend this property!"
