"First time on Mayne and what a joy this place turned out to be! The resort and restaurant staff were all very accommodating. The ocean view from the room was .. ahhh. the hot tub, pool and sauna also with ocean views was the same. Beach access, park access and close enough to cycle to some shopping made the location perfect. In the restaurant on Saturday night , fireplace on the left, ocean view in front, glass of red in hand and a jazz trio on the right! Much better than expected. Well done all...

"We had a wonderful stay at Tucked Inn and really enjoyed our experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and communicative throughout our stay, making everything easy and comfortable. The space is gorgeous, thoughtfully designed, and very well maintained. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the location, right in town and just steps from restaurants, bars, shops, and activities. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient...

"Was great"

"It was a comfortable classic mansion. We will return."

"My favourite little hotel . Always like coming home. Very quiet, on the ocean , gorgeous view close to restaurants , shopping and spas. The staff are amazing and housekeeping excellent at maintaining a scent free space. Dog friendly so there is always a nice puppy to have ear scratches with for those who have to leave their fur babies at home."

"I stayed at Poets Cove back in 2023 and now again in 2026. This time I stayed in one of the villas for only one night. Unfortunately the cleaning services provided were poor, I found used soap on the floor of the powder room. There was hair and shampoo stains in one of the bathrooms and the shower curtains were also stained. Housekeeping is not provided if you are staying there for longer. However kitchen set up was nice, it had all the cookware and utensils and they even provided dish pods....

"Great view from the balcony."

"All in all the resort was clean and tidy. The staff was great. The pool and hot tub were excellent. However, we were confused about why the steam sauna and cold plunge are only available if you book them for a charge with the spa... The 1st evening we went down for a dip it was all open. There were no signs about having to "reserve" these amenities. So we used them for a short time. The next day there were signs on the door of the sauna saying "reserved". Kind of lame to be in a nice resort and...

"We came in really late, and the front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful to this weary traveller. We also found the beds extremely comfy!"

"It was close to the ferry from Saltspring Island , It was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was a pleasant surprise to find it had to two very nice beds, it had a bedroom as well as a bed in the living area, full stove and fridge. All the other things hotels have. If there was one small thing lacking it was a tea towel to dry the dishes, other than that it was a wonderful place and we would definely stay there again."

"Lovely historic place. Excellent friendly staff. Will absolutely stay again!"

"Customer service is excellent staff is so helpful and polite"
