"Absolutely wonderful stay at this rare find. It was so peaceful to be away from all the tourists in Amalfi coast. Hotel provides free shuttle to Salerno train station and port. The employees were so kind and the front desk ladies were so helpful with scheduling and finding good places to eat in different cities. Private beach across the street from hotel, pool available with snack bar. Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. The hotel restaurant was also very delicious. Highly recommend and...

"The property is lovely with gorgeous tile everywhere and flowers surrounding the hotel. The breakfast is outstanding the best anywhere. Giuseppe and Giovanni at the front desk are very charming and helpful. Don’t miss staying at this hotel when you’re in Capri. It’s sophisticated and low key. They also have a wonderful spa on the premises that is great."

"Was great. Only complaint was this.... i feel like its standard hotel rules that if towels and robes are wet on the floor maybe dont hang them back up and make the other ones dirty? Ive never had that happen. "

"The entire staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, with a special thanks to Jamaica for arranging our transportion, and providing recommendations for restaurants and tours! Our stay in the Ginestra Suite was delightful, complemented by a wonderful pool and an amazing breakfast. Our stay was flawless; however, the steep stairway to access the hotel was a minor inconvenience. "

"Such a beautiful hotel with views to die for. The restaurant was amazing! Pool was spectacular. There is literally a bus stop right out the front door and less than 10 min into town. Would absolutely stay again"

"Best hotel "

"I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was our first time in Capri, but this hotel is very cute and the outdoor dining outside is under a bunch of lemon trees so peaceful. Staff was soooo helpful helping us make dinner reservations and also beach club reservations. Yoli ate in the middle of all the shopping and so conveniently located! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel Herculaneum was a perfect resting place for us. Very close to the archaeological site of Herculaneum meant we could easily visit and return to relax in the hotel. The room was clean, decorated to a high, modern standard with every amenity you could ask for. We were upgraded on rooms when we arrived, which meant we had a balcony overlooking Herculaneum too. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the staff were both helpful and polite. "

"Clean "

"The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcomed. Offered pickup and drop off from the port for a small fee. The breakfast was good. The pool area was well kept and you get to see a beautiful sunset. The facility is old but kept very clean. The place is 10 min walk from the bus station in which will get you to the main areas on the Island. I recommend staying here. "
