"We've been visiting Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for the last 15 years. This was definitely the nicest and largest condo we've ever rented. Great location near shopping, restaurants, Gulf State Park Pier, etc. Condo was clean and well maintained, and large compared to some of the nearby complexes. Plenty of beds, and lots of seating in the dining room, living room, and on the balcony. Dishes/pots and pans were ample for our group but might be short for a larger group if you cook in the condo a lot. Pool area was great and the lazy river/water slide were nice features that we haven't had at other complexes. Having an owners closet to store beach chairs, etc. is a nice touch to avoid bringing them into the condo. The complex itself has only been open for a few months, so everything is new. There was an issue with a burst pipe which closed the onsite gym for a few days, but not the owner's issue. Staff and security were always nice and helpful. Would definitely book again."

"Ocean view was beautiful. Especially enjoyed view of pier in the evening. The facilities felt secure allowing our younger family members to feel safe and enjoy their stay. This is a spacious unit with all the necessary amenities. Our family was able to relax and enjoy our vacation. "

"Wonderful family friendly location! The condo is even nicer than the pictures! The amenities are perfect to easily bop back and forth between the beach/pool (and hot tub!). Only downside to the beach access is that it is an access point with stairs and not easy for using a wagon to haul your items down to the beach. We enjoyed eating on the balcony for every meal and never even used the indoor table. Host was very responsive and helpful. We were asked if they could hold a showing while we were there which felt a little unfair but they we very understanding of our infants nap schedule and scheduled around that. "

"The condo and the property is brand new. The condo was well-appointed (except no hair dryer) and decorated beautifully. It felt very spacious and we loved the amazing views from nearly every room. We also loved the fact that the beach is very deep and doesn’t feel crowded, even during the holiday week. Restaurants and stores aren’t walkable from the property, so if that’s something you like, this may not be the place for you. There were some water issues with the building (water in our unit completely shut off twice), which I understand they are trying to work out because it’s brand new and they’re having issues with the water pumps. Working with the company we reserved through to report those outages was not a productive process. Texts and calls went unanswered, and when I finally got them on the phone, it was quite unhelpful. Finally, I went directly to the front desk and they were very helpful and courteous!"
