"Nice cosy B and B in the centre of the village Sue was an excellent host and directed us to a very nice pub/restaurant The Teesdale Hotel 100yards away where we had a pleasant supper Very nice bedroom, small ensuite shower room and toilet All perfectly adequate for our purposes Breakfast was tasty and enjoyable The dog Wilf kept us amused Parking was a few yards down the road, but quite safe For infirm travellers, worth noting that there are two flights of stairs, but we managed, reasonably fit...

"A lovely Easter break with the family in the beautiful Dales. A superb location where our little boy (5) could run and play freely and we could enioy the gorgeous landscape. Our hosts were so welcoming and caring, and even went above and beyond when our little one wasn't feeling so well on the second night. They couldn't help us enough. Lovely breakfast, relaxed and calm atmosphere and some wonderful doggys and chickens much to our 5 year olds enjoyment! We will definitely be back!!"

"A fantastic warm welcome. Beautiful room with everything we needed. The care put into the room was evident in all the personal details that ensured a comfortable stay. Bed soft and linen gorgeous. Horsey paintings added to the ambience as racehorses trotted by the window! Soothing and relaxing! Breakfast was the best ever in a b n b. Hostess Sharon made us feel like friends. Our dog loved it too!"
