"Night time front desk staff not very friendly or helpful. Only two elevators work and at checkout time it took about 40 minutes to get an elevator. No pool towels, no extra blankets for bed, difficult to connect TV to WiFi. Overall, meh…"

"The property has an amazing view. Sadly the staff is very uncaring when it comes to time and very unresponsive. I was checked in over 40 mins late because my room wasnt ready. They wanted to charge me 200 dollars for a late checkout of 2 hours. They took 150 USD out of my card and i cannot understand why or get a response to date"

"Very nice location if your goal is to be on Biscayne Boulevard/near the harbor. The room was small, which is fine, but it was not clean. There was one guest chair that was absolutely filthy. I mentioned this to the staff and was told that the chair would be replaced. The chair was simply removed and a new one was never provided. The shower head was filled with mold."

"Largest silverfish I have ever seen in my life in our hotel room tucked in the towels. No toilet paper left in room or robes. Had to ask 3 times for toilet paper. Phones stopped working. However on the flip side the property is new, and beautiful. Good location. Don’t expect to be able to charge drinks to your room at the pool side bar - or to use cash. "
