"The room was clean but the phone didn’t work and the elevator was stuck at one point and I didn’t appreciate someone coming in our room to “clean” while we weren’t present. Also our mini fridge didn’t have anything in it not even a water."

"The good - the LOCATION, decor was nice, there is a spacious balcony with seating, fridge and dishes in the room was convenient, and the bed was very comfortable. The bad - they could maintain the space better. The hallway was stuffy, and the paint on the ceiling, in the shower was peeling badly. I used the bathroom in the lobby and the button to flush the toilet did not work properly. Then there's the service. I made a reservation for 2 and we didn't have enough towels. We called 3x for towels. We got complimentary water at check-in. When we asked for another bottle the second day, they never sent it up. Overall, it's a nice hotel but the experience is lacking."
