"Great location. The Chinese new year festival was right next-door. There's a lovely park with an ancient tea room and art exhibit nearby. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The bed is super comfortable with excellent sheets. The toilet is amazing. Breakfast is delicious."

"Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund was exceptional. The location is simply unmatched: set right on the banks of the Huangpu River, in the very heartbeat of Shanghai. From our panoramic river-view room, we were treated to breathtaking views of the Huangpu and the iconic skyline. Both by day and illuminated at night, the scenery felt cinematic. The hotel beautifully blends historic Old Shanghai charm with modern sophistication. The historic section feels like a living museum, reflecting the culture and legacy of the city, while the overall atmosphere remains elegant and refined. What deeply sets this property apart is the service. The staff were extraordinarily warm, and genuinely kind. Every interaction carried a sense of graciousness and sincerity that felt personal rather than procedural. Surrounded by Michelin-starred restaurants and offering excellent dining within the hotel itself, every meal was memorable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it from two nights to four. A flawless experience! we would definitely return."

"It was my first visit to China. I travel a lot and trust me when I say it that THIS hotel is Excellent. From the first email I sent to the reservation and their incredibly prompt respond, to the transport arrangement from the airport organized to by the concierge to the fastest check in done by Sunny, who was the most gracious and professional ever, to then to Jason, my butler who helped me with choosing the perfect room with the view! Fernando at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and I was nicely surprise by the cards of appreciation they left in my room. The rooms was very clean, food was amazing, both at the breakfast and at the "Spago" restaurant. Spa is beautiful and the location is fantastic.St. Regis on The Bund is Absolutely Stunning, the Art Deco design is breathtaking and the level of kindness and professionalism that I've experienced from every employee I cam across was Top Notch. Congratulations St. Regis. If I ever go back to Shanghai I will make sure to stay there again. Ania K"
