Much better than expected

In contrast to the reviews, we found this hotel to not only be conveniently located near the airport but also clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. We loved the food at the restaurant. The listing should be updated since it appeared to allow checkins after 6 pm.

This is my third time staying in this hotel. The ONLY reason I returned was the location: so close to Guwahati Airport. Again, the staffs are not professionally dress nor speak English. The room is clean but the refrigerator is not working, towels are not clean, bed sheet and cover are with stains. The water is running on and off. Room service and food were OK. I checked out early because of my flight but no body in the reception. I went down and found a telephone number up on the desk. I called the number and the staff responded half awake to help. The distance to the terminal is 500 meters and they charge me Rs. 400.00. This is insane! You may get my money but money will not buy you reputation nor respect. If you want to keep relationship with regular customers, please pay attention and fix the problems.

1. Staffs are not professionally dress nor presentable to quest. Can't even speak English. 2. The food and room service needed much improvement. Even though the service is not upto the point I tip them generously. 3. No hot water at all in the shower. It was difficult to shower early morning to catch the early morning flight 4. Drop-off to Guwahati Airport ONLY 400 meters cost Rs. 350.00. It is expensive, but I generously tips both the loader and the driver. 5. The cost of breakfast was high Rs. 350.00 per head but not with good choice of food plus the cups, spoons and plate were not clean
