"Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and well supplied with coffee tea etc. We used to stay at the Penventon regularly 20 years ago and the standard has not slipped one bit. The reason for our visit was to meet with a lost member of family and she lived local to the Penventon Hotel so it worked out perfectly for us."

Communication was excellent, and the owners were incredibly accommodating and flexible around our stay due to illness in the family, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again."

"The cottage had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was powerful and good. The gardens were beautiful, we particularly liked the fish pond. We were made to feel very welcome by James. The site was close to Portreath and Porthtowan beaches but also we travelled all over Cornwall easily. Thankyou James and Rosemary for your hospitality.
