Lovely small place with a big place experience. Rooms good size, comfy bed and very quiet night, slept like a baby. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again

This property was amazing, I couldn’t think of a better place to stay when in the Liverpool area. The staff was first class, accommodations were perfect, the food was excellent. I have zero complaints, and nothing but kudos for everyone!! Thank you for making my stay perfect!

This spa hotel was an amazing find. We went from “let’s have an impromptu family trip to Wales for the weekend” to “let’s eat delicious food, get massages, enjoy the hydrotherapy circuit, and beachcomb”. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great location, great people.

Owners were great and the location offers easy access to both the ferry, bus and subway (the Metro Card all day pass after 9:30am offers real value). Property and room were clean and the onsite parking lot was easy to get in and out of. A joy getting to meet and speak with the owners. Be sure to ask about the history of the place. Fantastic story of hard work, great attitude and building a quality business.

Excellent stay as always, particularly for the Everton home games. could not be better located. Would like a little leeway on the 11am strict checkout time, but understand the need to turn the rooms over when busy. Front desk staff are great, always welcoming and all other staff are always available to help with any requests.

This is a nice hotel in a peaceful rural setting. The rooms were nice & the staff were friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable. Be prepared to climb stairs and don't miss the Iron Men sculptures on the beach!

Parking was easy. Comfortable walk to hooton train station. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Food is excellent especially Cajun wedges. Rooms are basic but ask the staff for fridge, hairdryer etc and they’ll provide. Place was quiet. They had a large function with over 100 people Saturday night and no impact to us. Beautiful gardens

The Manor still retains the features of the original building. The furnishings are rich in colour and beautifully coordinated. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and curtious. The standard of food both at breakfast and dinner was excellent. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I shall certainly be back!

Family of five stayed in a family room. Worked out great. Nice B & B. Good breakfast. Definitely would recommend.

Great place, nice location, nice lady running the place. Also they have friendly cats around the area that let you pet them, close to the water. What’s not to love!!
