"Rooms are dated. Car park requires that you have to drag your suitcase through gravel. Staff except for the bar very dismissive. We ordered a take away mean from the bar to take back to our room as there is no room service. The restaurant didn't tell the bar it was ready for 30 minutes, subsequently the food was cold and dry. Nothing good to report other than the grounds are well maintained ant the views are spectacular. "

"Not clean at all. Bed was awfully hard to sleep on. Room has mysterious stains and marks everywhere , with even stained towels"

"The property was perfect for our needs. The views were great. Ours was an Autumn stay so didnt use the garden but it must be lovely in the summer.....secure and no paths or road directly outside. Not overlooked...parking private and spacious...the property had everything you could need....clean...comfortable...great access to the beach and coast path. (We no longer have dogs ....i did think that i may have been worried about them bringing too much sand or wet inside as the door opens directly into the kitchen diner...so recommend taking plenty of dog towels). We have been staying on the same site for about 14 years in a row but the chalet we used to rent is no longer available....this was an even better alternative so we will definitely try and use it again. The host was in touch before and during our stay to wish us a happy stay and to check we has everything we needed. No negatives at all. "

"We love it here. This was our second time at the property. It's perfect for our young family and is the ideal location for spending loads of time at the beach.One good addition to the property would be a clothes airer for drying off beach towels and wet suits etc.The kids have already asked us to book next year's holiday here!"

"We had a great stay at the elms and the property is stunning and in a great location. The only negative point we found was that the general cleaning of the property could have been better. This didn’t spoil our holiday though and I would return again."
