"Hotel is cheap and close to the busy area. Owners were amazing and hooked us up in so many ways. They rented us a cheap motorbike, booked our tour, translated phrases to get us back to the airport in Hanoi, and got us a taxi. Won us over for sure. The hotel is good but the service is amazing. "

"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. "Mycket fin hotell, vänlig personal social Mr Duc som hjälpte oss med tidig incheckning. Vi fick vårt rum kl7 på morgonen trots att incheckning tiden är 14:00.
Rummen är stora rena och mycket bekväma sängar och även balkongen som är inte så vanligt i Vietnam "
