"The staff was very helpful, and I am grateful for the bilingual staff! The breakfast was wonderful! Though I believe there is a cover charge for the breakfast I think its 3000 yen. However, it is buffet style but really good food. The bar has happy hour. If I come back to the Shinjuku neighborhood, this will likely be the place I stay! The hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate."

"Staff were amazing and always smiled as we passed through reception. Hotel is in a lovely area with lots or shops and places to eat. 5 minutes walk from The Tokyo Dome. Hotel was super clean but we did find the bedroom carpet and under the bed was actually in a need of a good hoover. That is the only let down of this hotel."

"Keio was wonderful! Well located, right opposite the metro govt building for the lights show, has a 7/11 in the building ( amazing), helpful staff, great location near the station and lots of restaurants. The airport limo comes right to your doorstep, Disney bus right to your doorstep. Everything so convenient. Love love love."
