NO HOT water for a shower until the water ran while I showered in lukewarm water for 20 minutes - very frustrating- just about to step out of the shower and the water was finally turning hot. The room was clean - the TV volume had to be turned all the way up before it was at a level you could hear it. They had remodeling notes up but I don’t see how that could affect the hot water and TV sound "
