"The location is very good and safe with 10 mins walk to subway station. No elevator! I had 2 suitcases and the friendly front desk young man offered to take them up stairs to the 3 rd floor! The room is not big but comfy with individual bath. I booked the private room. There are other shared rooms with shared bathrooms I guess. The hostels is very clean and the kitchen/ living room in the basement is very spacious with many sofa/ table and chairs to sit. Walking to restaurants. "

"My stay was a good one. The family is warm and welcoming yet professional. The house is quite large and my rear of the house room (#5) was spacious, secure and comfortable. "This hotel was in a perfect location, huge family room beautifully clean, felt safe and secure and staff were excellent. The only issue we had was on arrival to the room, to find only one bed for 3 people and no sofa bed. Went to reception to be told it would be an additional $45 per night for a rollaway bed, after a 20 minute discussion with the hotel it was agreed they would provide this FOC as my son is 14 yrs old, it was not appropriate for him to share with myself and my friend who was travelling with us as suggested at one point by the hotel. Expedia really need to make people aware of this on there site if sofa beds are not in the room as suggested on the advert."
