Lily, the owner, is very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and customized to our preferences. She helped us book tours, train tickets, and transportation. She even packed some snacks and fruits for us when we were leaving. "Beautiful serene accomodation middle of mountains and rice paddies. Can’t be better than this. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Room had all the amenities required for the stay. Shower was nice and hot. Swimming pool was amazingly clean and big to soak long day at Ninh Binh. Breakfast was so delicious and just enough of options. We accidentally broke the shower gel container at the room and costs 150,000 VND. But the lovely lady at the reception waived it for us. She even spoke to the grab driver to take us to the correct destination and waived us good bye. Such a lovely and warm people who makes us feel very comfortable. "This is a lovely resort that offers peace and calm after coming from Hanoi. The grounds are lush with an inviting swimming pool. They offer bikes that you can ride around on which was lots of fun. The rooms are well appointed. Be aware you are not really close to amenities but taking a bike or a Grab to go into town to eat is very easy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We can recommend staying here! "
