"Very bizarre experience staying at this hostel.. no sign outside so difficult to find, also no reception/front desk so checking in was another challenge. The number provided is disconnected so I was unable to contact them, which was particularly frustrating when I got locked out after they didn’t bother to give me the door code to get back in. "I am so lucky to know this accommodation. This accommodation is reasonably priced, quiet and comfortable, and is located in a very nice place from all the tourist attractions around. From laundry service to airport pick-up service, this accommodation had everything I needed and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. Best of all, it was nice to feel the host doing her best for the convenience of the guests. Recommendation!"

"The hotel was perfectly suited for the Old Quarter and easy walking distance to key sights. Nice and clean. Excellent bathroom facilities. Staff were superb and always on hand to help. We were welcomed with a cold drink while check-in happened we were given a map and guidance on what was nearby. Thank you to Anna, Angela, Messi and others for all their help. Special mention also to Paul who worked in the breakfast. I can definitely recommend the hotel"

"Excellent, attentive, friendly staff. From check-in on everyone knew our name. Nice room, small balcony but a decent street view. Very comfortable king bed. Great breakfast included, buffet and/or cooked to order. Preferred breakfast to dinner, but we usually headed out for the latter. 1 block from the lake. Very good restaurants and shopping all around. Fun romantic rooftop bar. We booked a tour or two, transportation from the airport upon arrival, travel on to Ninh Binh, etc through the hotel and it was a great deal. "
