"We stayed at the Pullman for a week, and it was the best experience and value in Vietnam. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and clean, and we had our laundry cleaned at very reasonable rates. We had a dedicated breakfast table and the servers knew our drinks. The pool was nice, the gym was huge, and the whirlpool was great. We also played tennis on the grounds. The location was close enough to walk to old quarter for us (~1 mile). Highly recommend the Pullman!"
