Wonderful staff and thoughtful service
What stood out most about our stay at May De Ville Lumiere was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and proactive in helping us throughout our stay. When we had an early bus and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed food for us to take away. We really appreciated that extra care.
The room felt a little smaller than we had expected, but to be fair, the size in square metres was clearly listed on Expedia before we booked, so...

Step off the street hustle & bustle into quiet serenity. Very friendly staff who make you feel personally welcome to be there. Clean and well maintained & excellent location.

Army hotel thw best of the best location, beautiful hotel, luxury hotels, the room very nice , employee super friendly, we met all leaders they are very friendly. Price are incredible compared with another hotel price are a haft. 1010 recommendations other guests. We love this location, this location thw heart of Hanoi capital, 4 minutes to Hoan Kiếm lake , 4 minutes to West lake , 1 minutes to old street of Hanoi… we will come back stay here for our vacation

I often spend 3 or more days in hanoi and preferred to stay near old town area because great food experience , weekend night market with social events and this hotel is close to these places less than 10 minutes walking. The hotel with premium quality facilities plus exercising pools. Hotel employees are very friendly(go above and beyond normal expectation!). I could not find thing below standard ! and feel very welcoming at this place.

시끄러운 오토바이 소리가 안들려 가정 좋았고 시설이 새호텔이라 깨끗하고 낡지않아 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절하고 적극적입니다. 호텔위치도 구시가지와 호안끼엔 걸을수 있는 거리라 좋았고 가까운 시장과 기차길 근처 싸게 먹을 베트남 국수맛집도 호텔서 소개해주어 일일 일 쌀국수했어요. 새벽도착이라 호텔서 유료차량 픽업이용했는데 편했어요. 다만 체크안때 아침식사 이야길 안해줘 마지막날 빼고 모두 아침 밖에서 사먹었는데 나중 직원이 생과일 주스써비스 사과도 받아서 덜 불쾌했네요. 추천합니다

I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A special mention to Peter, who gave me some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which truly enhanced my trip.
Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.!

The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.
