"Lovely hotel, room was delightful."

"We stayed only one night at Proverb Hotel Hanoi and it was a very lovely experience. The location is convenient, right in the middle of the Old Quarter and very walkable from most areas. The staff were lovely and the view from breakfast and the bar were great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but there were some families enjoying the facilities when we went to go have a look. "Amazing place and staff"

And once you use the basin the water starts spilling in the room which is so small. The latch of the bathroom door was broken. Plus...
