"Staying at this hotel was a mixed bag. Firstly, the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff on duty were extremely nice and helpful. Not to be overlooked though, was the management response to a booking mistake, ( I accidentally booked the day before my arrival, and canceled). Expedia told me to rebook, which I did, and upon arrival was charged for both nights. Since the payments went through, the hotel manager declined to reimburse me for the one day, which was actually not the hotels fault....

"The property was close to all attractions except the property not easy access to the room as they have a stairs to go up to the elevator and you go down to go to your room. Our room was massive but the breakfast buffet not so many options"

"The room was great. Clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and kind, and were able to assist with anything we needed. In general the hotel amenities like laundry and spa are more expensive than what you can find around Hanoi, so we chose to go elsewhere. The restaurant staff were very accommodating of my wife’s celiac disease when we had breakfast there, even cooking her fresh food with clean pans so there was no chance of cross contamination.
The location is excellent for exploring...

"I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The place was clean, cozy, and well-located.
Check-in was easy and everything was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area."
