"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 10 days. The hotel was very central, easy to walk around the Old Quarter , Night Market and Hoem Kiem Lake The staff makes this hotel special as they were amazing. Happy was our guest service person at the hotel and he assisted with everything we needed. He helped us book excursions, made sure our stay was super enjoyable and helped us with everything we may needed. He was super friendly person. All around the all the staff were wonderful from the rooftop bar (Radish, Mr. Bean etc), breakfast team, housekeeping (Phuong)to front desk and bellboys. The breakfast buffet had plenty of assortment that you can try different items daily. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will come back to this hotel when we visit Hanoi again. Thank you so much everyone at this hotel for making our visit to Hanoi that much better."

"We had a really nice stay here. For the price we paid, it was great value for money. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, which made it very easy to explore the area. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, but what really stood out were the staff, everyone was so lovely, friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning; there was a good selection and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a great little hotel in a fantastic location, especially for the price. We would happily stay here again."
