"Great location in Hanoi! Beautiful hotel…infact stunning! Good pool/outside bar area on roof. Amazing staff: so attentive. We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight’s timing. We were prepared to sit and wait in the lobby but they put us in the spa so we could sleep on beds: so kind. Thank u Minh! The room was really good & the breakfast buffet had everything, with really diligent staff! I could not fault this place! "

"I view this hotel as a Beautiful Boutique Hotel that is in a wonderful location. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again!!! They are in the process of making some renovations, that are only going to enhance my future visits!!!! I checked in late, which was handled well. I like everything about this hotel, but the thing I like the most is the STAFF - everyone always willing to help and they do it with a SMILE!!!!! I will be returning to this hotel in a couple weeks before I return to America. This is a hidden GEM!!!!!"
