"This hotel was AMAZING! Not only is it a beautiful, immaculate place, but the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had the best time. The buffet breakfast was the absolute best I have ever seen...not only is the buffet selection fantastic, but there made to order coffee bar and breakfast were so tasty! Smoked salmon eggs Benny, waffles with fruit syrups 😋. I wish I could have stayed longer! DEFINITELY STAY HERE!"

"The hotel is location is excellent as it is nearby the main attractions in Hanoi or a short taxi ride away. The staff are wonderful and friendly, even gave us suggestions such as places to eat. Overall, we have a good time during our stay. However, the hotel might consider updating and better maintenance of their fixtures."
