"Over all the hotel is good but the restaurant for breakfast is unnecessarily overly crowded, guests virtually have to squeeze between most the tables. Also wasteful in table napkins in terms of labour in folding the napkins which most the guests assume they are a kind of decorative folks and knife holders and hence do not use them and end up in washing machine even never used, they use the paper one on the tables, hence wasteful. "

"I always stay at this hotel, facility a bit old, but Hilton is Hiton, good management, also close to sports complex. Even had chance to played some tennis while in Chongqing. "

"Checked out a few days early , rooms a very run-down and one building is mostly vacant . Lobby and exterior are beautiful , but not much traffic and I think that’s why it’s a bit outdated in rooms … fixtures falling apart and carpets stained , also no English tv options and gate often didn’t lift up when trying to exit parking lot , therefor we had to make multiple calls to front desk sometimes while being honked at . 500 deposit was expected to be paid even though when booking room online , everything was paid for supposedly thru Expedia ! Still waiting for that back after checking out four days early …told absolutely no refund for checking out early due to Expedias policy …. Don’t use Expedia if you have doubts , refunds are next to impossible !"
