"The spa pool was broken and eont be fixed til next week, we werent informed before the stay or upon arrival. They said they left a boicemail, they did not. Noone told us at check in. Fisappointing. The outdoor pool is green and nit in use just like last year. I have photos"

"Lovely older building with a new modern look and amenities. Our room was beautiful with serene views amidst the winter landscape. The lobby/lounge was warm and welcoming. We booked a hydrotherapy session and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the sauna and steam room. The food was amazing at the restaurant and the service was on point. The resort itself is quite remote, but during an unexpected winter storm it was the perfect retreat. "

"David and Stefan made us feel at home immediately. In our three night stay here, there is absolutely nothing to criticize. All meals were fabulous. There is always something of interest to do here, whether it be hiking, paddling on the pond, relaxing or reading. It's a great place to achieve digital detox and get away from everything for a while. We love this place!! "
