"The tv in the living room did not work . Called in for someone to fix the tv . Then they sent someone and the person said they couldn’t fix it . They said they would sent someone someone the next day and no one ever showed up .. I called the following day , they said they would send someone out , no one showed up so they offered me a late checkout , which was unacceptable . The elevator took extremely long . One time i waited 15 minutes for it to come : 2 times I walked down from the 11th floor . The only reason I waited the 15 minutes was that I had groceries that I needed to bring up and there was no way I was walking them up to the 11th floor "

"The unit was nice and location was perfect. However, it wasnt very clean. We had to clean the bathtub ourselves and mop the floors. Not something you want to do on vacation."
