"This house is great for groups or older children. The pool was our favorite part and the outdoor bathroom was a plus. The house was conveniently located. The grill and outdoor seating area was very nice. We did end up getting a rental car which I would suggest if staying here. It would have been a lot to Uber everywhere for our group of 5.Overall the house was clean and as pictured except for these few hiccups;1. Not good communication. I got no responses to any of my questions.2. We needed to cook and the kitchen is short of needed items. The pans were disgustingly dirty. I sent a message and I got no response but new pans showed up the next day. It was too late for us though.3. There were no items for use at the beach. We did leave 4 chairs there for future guests because we had to buy all those items.4. Small things would make this place top notch. Rugs by the front and back door to help with tracking dirt and water. More blankets! We did not have the bedding we needed and it made a rough trip.5. Bad water pressure.Overall not terrible, but communication would have been helpful."

"Great place to stay while in Miami or Fort laundale and highly recommend! **Tourist tip** If coming in from Miami on the highway, highly recommend taking exit 18 and not exit 16 which makes you take a left turn at a 3-4 Lane Road."

"We had a great stay while we were in the area for an event. The house had everything we needed and provided a comfortable place to sleep at night. The communication between us and the super host Scott was better than we have ever had in all our years traveling and staying at different locations. He was very quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and easy."
