"The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. "I loved the balcony and view! Check in and check out was smooth. The people managing the beach chairs were accommodating in allowing you to leave for lunch! The communication with the owner was excellent! I loved the pool by the canal!"

"The extra fees for parking and resort fee for a pool and gym were excessive and not mentioned in the reservation. The room was nice, view was great, but the TV's were not completely functional. The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. "

"Staff was rude. Room wasn’t cleaned daily. Bed sheets were never changed. Breakfast was horrible. Elevators are old and on the verge of collapse. Room keys rarely worked. Wifi password changed every 2 days. Never staying there again, and neither should you! "
