"The hotel is very nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. I like the beach and the pool. Also, I had 2 hour free bikes per day. That was fun. I stayed for 6 days with my child. The only downside is the pots and pans are giving upon request and they aren't in good condition. They are really scratched so I had to buy some. "First time in South Beach for my 40th - and the W was the perfect choice. We stayed 8 days and every moment was amazing. The hotel has direct access to the beach, which made it so easy to go from swimming at the beach to lounging by the pool to relaxing in our room.
