We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite it being at the same time as the terrible storms and the loss of the Torcross to Slapton road. The local pub did an outstanding job of keeping open as much as was possible during this time."

"Everything was of very high standard. When I booked, the details you published on your website said: Two Rooms and Two Bathrooms. One room with King bed and both rooms with wardrobes. The apartment only has one bathroom, neither bed is king size and only one room has a wardrobe. I had invited friends to stay on the Saturday night on the basis of your offering. I had to cancel because the apartment was not as advertised."

"We stayed at no17 at the end of November (during some really severe storms). The property was easy to locate and ready for our arrival with keys on a lockbox. The property is really well located literally 2 mins from Torcross Beach, and the local pub. The car park is not attached and our property was up a few steps. The property is well presented and fully equipped with everything you could need. A nice welcome basket , tea coffee etc and lots of leaflets etc also provided. This is one of the most comfortable beds and duvet I have ever slept in. 2 bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath, other with large shower. The property was warm and quiet even through the very bad storms We had a brief power cut which affected the boiler . I called the number provided and had immediate response, and the issue was resolved immediately. We will definitely be back"

"We have styed in a few apartments in the "At The beach" complex, and have always found them to be comfortable, well maintained and good value. Luxury Coastal are a very good company to deal with, too, with excellent help and communication throughout."

"Beam ends is in the beautiful little village. The property is next to the sea, with amazing views from the generous glass windows make the most of. The decor inside is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is well kitted out, including a nespresso. The lounge is vrry cody especially with the log burner going. We enjoyed having a separate cinema room ( took us a bit to figure out the volume is on the sonos speaker by the cabinet). The two front upstairs rooms have spectacular views. The third room upstairs is smaller, with one side of the bed against the wall. The outside space is beautiful and I am sure would be fabulous in the summer months."

"Great location for both people and dogs, good for swimming and walking. Close proximity to a very good pub serving lovely food who also offer takeaway. The outside patio appeared neglected and lots of weeds so not very appealing to sit outside with a drink which was a shame."

"A lovely apartment full of modcons, in a brilliant location. Parking was easy, access was fine for us but can do the stairs without issues - but perhaps not for those who are less mobile. Upstairs rooms were spacious and shower room was good. Downstairs kitchen / lounge was spacious and comfortable. Utility room and extra bathroom was helpful. Beautiful view out of the window (though agreed with other reviewers that some more regular cleaning of the windows would be nice in the summer - it did rain when we were there and unfortunately not self cleaning as described), and lots of lovely walks from the property."
