"Overall experience was great and I believe it was the staff who made the stay fantastic. Front desk agent Robin was very welcoming and helpful. Professional, courteous and friendly. Being from the hotel industry myself, I believe he represents the values Marriott stands for and is a great person to be the first point of contact at the hotel. Restaurant employee at breakfast was sweet and patient, that was highly appreciated by someone dealing with jet lag. The hotel itself lives up to the standards, clean, well designed and modern. Will definitely choose it again for my next Toronto trips. "

"The room was very clean. The hallways and common areas could use a good renovation especially on the 2nd floor. The staff are great and moved us to a better room after we experienced excessive noise from the roof repairmen. Overall great experience."

"I loved this hotel. It had a beautiful smell, staff were kind, and the hotel was very clean. My only things to pick at is , there was no bottle water in the rooms. I am use to at least 1 bottle of water to drink as a courtesy, so to have none was very surprising. Also One microwave per the hotel. But other than that, great place…. "

"Worst parking ever. They tell you to park at the back of the building and there is no cameras around the back for customers safety. I checked in last Friday and my car was stolen from their parking lot between midnight and 10am Saturday morning when I came out looking for my car. Then the receptionist tells you that they will check their security guard who walks around at night and they will give an update. One week has passed and still no update from them. Not once has the manager even tried to contact me to show some sort of compassion or offer some sort of apology. This must be a regular occurrence for them. Got there Friday night from the USA, car stolen a couple hours later, checked out Sunday. Sounds like a setup to me. P.S. Don’t stay there !!!"
